Futuristic concept of an interactive smart floor

Flo is a two week concept created and depicted under the course HOW-DUI-NO, where we learnt basics of arduino and ventured into the world of IOT. We had to depict a futuristic story by prototyping it. This course specifically sparked my interest in A.I and IOT.
CONCEPT
Flo originated from the idea of minimalism in my own head and the goal was to be left with less chaos in our lives. For our houses there is so much investment into furniture right? What if your house tiles could be all the furniture that you wanted? Who knows? What if this becomes our new way of living in future?!

What will be the future of flooring?
We waste so much money on the furniture buying various beautiful pieces to boast our collection but as time evolves we as humans are moving more towards the zen and minimalistic approach. Those familiar with sci fi movie know that almost everything is possible.
So i thought why can't furniture be eliminated? We would save so much wood, cloth, metal, money and space

So what if the tiles that you stand on form the furniture that you require at that particular space in the given moment ?
HOW IT WORKS
WHAT DOES IT DO?
Flor IO is a futuristic concept that turns houses 'furniture less'. Every tile has a mechanism underneath it.
As its given that Flor IO is a smart flooring, it is constantly listening to your command.
After you give a command it pin points your location and forms the piece of furniture you command it to. It chooses from tile combinations already hardwired in its software.
Some big pieces of furniture like bed and dining tables have fixed formations and locations in the house.
Flor IO is a great inhouse alternative to fitbit as it tracks youR steps in the house, keeps a check on your weight and bmi. It also recognizes the humans in the house by footprints, shoe prints, body weight, walking style, stride distance and more thus having a better understanding of whose where in the house. It also tracks any stranger activity in the house and notifies the owner of the house immediately.

The smart floor for my bird
My pet bird is the protagonist in the video who acts as the user of the sample tile prototype of Flor IO, as i obviously could not use humans with my small delicate wired prototype.
